refund & exchange
We accept exchanges within 7 days for damaged or defective items. Because many of our products are handmade or limited edition, we cannot offer full refunds unless the item arrives faulty. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.
Shipping policy
We ship from Cairo, Egypt, to local and international destinations. Delivery within Egypt takes 2–4 business days. International shipping times may vary by country. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
